Directions:

• The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules. 
• Take them both at the same time at any time of day, with or without food, and wash them down with water. 
• If you feel that you are getting unwell, the dose may be increased to 3 or 4 capsules daily in the short term. It’s best to reduce the dose again after a month. 
• For acute infection, the manufacturer recommends taking 6-8 capsules daily for 3 days, then reducing to 4 capsules a day, then back down to the regular dose of 2 capsules a day. 
• Always take this capsule at least 2 hours after taking medication. 
• The capsules are suitable for pregnant women or while breastfeeding. 
• The complex is suitable for older children that are no longer being breastfed. They can take 1 capsule a day or 2 capsules a day if they are showing signs of weakened immunity.
