Suggested use:

• You can take it daily or as you see fit. You will find detailed information in the information leaflet here (available in Czech, Slovak, and German).
• The producer recommends 4-5 tablets twice a day, morning and afternoon. Take on an empty stomach with water.

• On days of intense sports activity: take 5 tablets before exercising and 5 after. On days without physical activity tak 6 tablets a day - 3 in the morning, and 3 in the evening.
• Hectic life: Take 3 tablets morning and evening with enough water.
• Everyday balance: Take 5 tablets morning and evening with enough water.
• One tablet equals approximately 7g of whey shakes, when we compare the amount of essential amino acids the body can use and absorb.
