Methyl folate (5-MTHF)

Folic acid is immensely important, especially in prenatal development, and is also linked to cognitive performance in the elderly. In order to be able to use folic acid, the body must convert it to the metabolically active 5-methyltetrahydrofolate. Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin)

The multivitamin is enriched with a natural source of vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) obtained from genetically unmodified vegetable oil. This active substance, perfectly absorbed by human tissues, provides protection to cell membranes against damage caused by free radicals.
