    How to prepare Ayurvedic tea?

    • Pour 1 heaping teaspoon of Darjeeling (4 g) into approximately 250 ml of boiling water. Allow the mixture to steep for 3 to 5 minutes – the longer the steeping, the more pronounced the flavor will be. Afterward, strain the tea and savor both the tea itself and the moment.
    • The GOOD ViBES blend can withstand two infusions, so there's no need to discard it immediately. However, steep the second infusion for a slightly longer time, ideally 5 to 10 minutes.
    • You can also enjoy the tea in its cold variant by adding a few ice cubes to the glass or mug.
    • We recommend sipping it, especially during the day or after meals.
