Suggested use:

• Apply to cleansed and toned skin, ideally on a damp skin.
• Place 2-3 drops onto the palm of your hand and pat gently onto the skin of your face.
• You can include this oil in your everyday skincare ritual - in the morning (before applying makeup) or in the evening.
• If your skin is stressed and needs extra regeneration and nourishment, use the oil twice a day.
• Remember that face oils should always be used after moisturising care, so after toner or moisturiser. 
• For best results, use this oil for a minimum of 21 days.
