Do you wish to return products (right of withdrawal)?
You can return purchased merchandise within 14 days, no reason given. However, the product must not be damaged or rendered unhygienic. To return products, fill in the form and send us the goods to the address below. We will refund you right away.

Do you wish to claim a refund (legal guarantee)?
Goods can have defects, either apparent or hidden. In either case, you can apply for a refund. The consumer has the right to invoke the legal guarantee on defects in consumer goods that appear within 24 months from the moment of purchase. Defects that appear within the first 6 months are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
The legal guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, mechanical damage, or incorrect use of the article. You can learn more in our general terms and conditions.
To claim a refund, email us a photograph showing the defect to the email address below. Within 3 days, we will make a decision concerning the refund and steps to be taken and we will inform you about the process of return and refund within 30 days.
In case we disagree with your refund claim, fill in the form and send us the article to the address above. We will inform you about the manner of refund within 30 days.
