For this reason the manufacturer transports and stores it at a temperature between 4° and 6°C. Directions:

• Grasp the glass ampoule between your fingers and break off one end. Hold over an empty glass and break off the other end of the ampoule and empty the contents into the glass. 
• Drink the filter straight and let it sit in your mouth for around one minute before swallowing. 
• Take with an empty stomach so that your body can get the most out of the ampoule, ideally first thing in the morning. If you are going to take it during the day, do not eat or drink for a few minutes before and after use. 
• The recommended daily dose is anywhere from 1 to 6 ampoules.
