Heme iron with many times higher absorbability

Suggested use:

• Start with 1 capsule a day. Take with food, ideally with the one that is richest in fat content. 
• Increase the dose by 1 capsule every 3 days.

• TIP: If you take beef spleen for its content of heme iron, watch your calcium intake - calcium reduces the absorption of iron. Therefore, don’t combine the spleen capsules with dairy products or dietary supplements that contain calcium.
