This package of ceremonial cacao brings you a blend of gently processed certified cacao beans from South American farmers enriched with a quality saffron extract (at a 50:1 ratio). Together they provide a unique taste experience that will help deepen the experiences from your morning and evening rituals, as well as group ceremonies.
Cacao as a complex superfood
Cacao beans contain plenty of active compounds with stimulating effects - they bring about a pleasant state of alertness. They nourish the body with a helping of minerals, such as magnesium, calcium, and iron, and provide B group vitamins, vitamins C and E, as well as healthy fats, and the important alkaloid theobromine. At the same time, cacao contains 3 times more flavonoids than green tea. You might also be interested to know that shamans used to use cacao beans to ward off negativity, induce euphoric states, and connect with the energy of one’s centre - the heart energy.
Preparation:
- Mix one portion (50 g) with warm milk or water (ideal temperature 70 °C).
Ingredients: Cacao (Theobroma cacao), cacao butter, combination of spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and Amazonian chilli), saffron (Crocus sativus) - 300 mg extract per portion.
