Directions:

• Ideally add reishi into your evening routine. You will experience the best effects if you take reishi approx one hour before going to sleep. 
• Start with a small dose and gradually increase the amount of drops as required. 
• The maximum daily dose is 2 ml. This is the equivalent of 50 - 52 drops (in 30 ml bottles 1 full pipette equals 0.6 ml).
