The package contains 28 sachets with a unique composition for each phase of the cycle. This way, you can be sure you are supplementing your body with exactly what it needs.

You don't have to wait for a specific phase to start using it. However, if you're unsure which phase you are currently in, try tracking your cycle using one of the available apps (record your last menstruation in the calendar to find out approximate dates of other phases).

Menstruation is an exhausting period for your body, during which it has to deal with all the unpleasant symptoms – from lower abdominal pain and cramps, headaches and back pain, to severe fatigue, nausea, or weakness. In this phase, you need sufficient hydration, iron, magnesium, and other minerals. Therefore, the "menstrual phase" sachets contain supplements focused on complete body nutrition with electrolytes that support cellular hydration and blood formation. The capsules are also enriched with substances that promote warmth and contraction for better blood elimination.

During the follicular phase, the egg matures, estrogen levels rise, followed by luteinizing hormone. It is a period when you feel increasing energy and motivation, and your cognitive functions are at a high level. Therefore, the "follicular phase" sachets contain capsules to support estrogen production, providing nutrition not only to all cells but also to the brain and heart.

The ovulatory phase specifically refers to the 5-6 days around ovulation. It is a key moment in your cycle when the egg matures and is released. Simultaneously, there is high hormonal activity; testosterone levels rise and estrogen levels decrease, replaced by progesterone. Luteinizing hormone is at its peak. How to use InSync?

Take one sachet of supplements daily (according to your current phase) and drink plenty of fluids.
