How can you dose the capsules?
- Start taking the product every month at the peak of ovulation. In this second phase of the menstrual cycle (luteal), take 4 capsules, at any time of the day. Alternatively, you can also take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.
- If you are taking hormonal contraceptives, we recommend that you consult your doctor for dosage.
