This blend combines 7 herbs that support hormonal balance and the normal function of the reproductive system. It also boosts the immune system, overall physical and mental health, and the body’s regeneration.

What can this tea do for you?

• Common Lady’s Mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris): Supports normal (pre)menstrual comfort and refreshes the body.
• Rhodiola Rosea (Rhodiola rosea): An adaptogen that supports circulation, heart, and vascular systems, positively affecting the nervous system.
• Calendula (Calendula officinalis): Refreshes the body and promotes relaxation.

Preparation Instructions

Steep 1 teaspoon (2 g) in 200–250 ml of boiling water for about 10–15 minutes. We recommend drinking 1–3 cups daily. If you drink one cup, you can continue for 3–4 months. If you consume up to three cups, it can be taken daily for 6–8 weeks.

• Sage (Salvia officinalis) – 120 mg
