What can this tea do for you?

• Calendula (Calendula officinalis): Supports digestion, liver, and intestinal function while refreshing the body.
• Rhodiola Rosea (Rhodiola rosea): An adaptogen that supports the nervous system and helps with fatigue and stress.
• Common Yarrow (Achillea millefolium): Positively influences fat metabolism, blood cholesterol, weight management, menstrual comfort, digestion, and respiratory and vascular systems.
• Thyme (Thymus serpyllum): An antioxidant that positively affects urinary tract function.
• White Deadnettle (Lamium album): Supports (pre)menstrual comfort, digestion, and water elimination from the body.
• Turnera Diffusa (Turnera diffusa): Supports sexual health, weight management, and normal blood sugar levels.

Preparation Instructions:

Steep 1 teaspoon (2 g) in 200–250 ml of boiling water for about 10–15 minutes. We recommend drinking 1–3 cups daily. If you drink one cup, you can continue for 3–4 months. If you consume up to three cups, it can be taken daily for 6–8 weeks.
