KÄÄPÄ Mushrooms (Finsko)
In Finland, all the interesting stories are born in the sauna. When an avid mushroom grower, a mycologist, a forest manager and a marketing expert met in a steam bath in 2016, the story of the KÄÄPÄ Mushrooms brand was born. These mushrooms are grown both indoors and outdoors, the forest farms today boast over 20,000 birch logs for the cultivation of functional fungi. In the cultivation of the chaga mushroom, they are at the very top of the world rankings. The clean air and carefully managed forests also help them achieve a high amount of active compounds in their mushrooms. The brand also includes the biotechnology company KÄÄPÄ Biotech, whose main goal is to improve human health and the health of the entire ecosystem.
