Sunscreen that does not harm the environment nor your health
Natural sunscreens use mineral compounds for protection against sun rays. At Amazinc they opted for non-nano zinc oxide. Compared to mainstream chemical UV filters, the mineral ones are safer for both humans and nature. That’s because they work on a purely mechanical principle - they cover the skin with a very thin layer that deflects UV radiation.
Chemical filters, by contrast, penetrate the skin and even enter the bloodstream. Some are even suspected of disrupting the hormonal balance and are often accompanied by other dubious substances (such as preservatives, synthetic fragrances…) in the formulas of conventional sunscreens. These can do more harm than good in the body.
Say I do to non-nano
To improve spreadability, the producers of sunscreens are reducing the size of the particles from micro to nano. This applies to both chemical and mineral UV filters. However, it has been found that nano UV filters significantly disturb the balance of aquatic ecosystems. They contribute to the toxicity of the seas, in other words to the bleaching and dying of corals. So make sure to steer clear of the nano forms of sunscreen.

- Shake well before use so that all the active ingredients mix well.
- Apply evenly on clean and dry skin.
- Mineral filters work immediately - as soon as you apply the sunscreen, you are protected.
