White clay assists in detox, gently removes impurities from the teeth and helps to activate beneficial enzymes in the mouth. Baking soda, in turn, is responsible for the right pH. Natural essential oils from mint and myrrh reduce the risk of inflammation and leave your mouth feeling refreshed. You can use it as a classic toothpaste, but it is also great for gum massage and for curing sores in the mouth.
How can you use this toothpaste?
- Add a pea sized amount to your toothbrush and brush your teeth normally.
- The paste is great for gum massage. Apply it to your gums with your finger and gently massage with a circular motion. Let it sit for a minute. Swish properly with a small amount of water (like in oil pulling), then spit out and rinse your mouth.
- If you have canker sores in your mouth, apply the paste on them, it will speed up the healing.
